What if I need to reschedule/cancel my appointment?
Please use our booking system to reschedule or cancel your appointment, or contact us through any convenient method.
Please note:
● No-shows: A fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged to your credit card if you miss your appointment.
● Late cancellations or rescheduling (within 48 hours of your appointment): A fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to your credit card.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you think you might be running late, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
● If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to provide the full service. However, we may need to adjust or shorten your appointment to fit the remaining time. ● If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day. In such cases, a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged to your credit card, as it will be considered a no-show.
