"Krasunya: Profi Nail Service" offers: professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, nail enhancements (extension), and other related treatments. The details of each service, including prices and any restrictions, are available on our website or can be provided by your nail technician upon request.
Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled through our booking system provided by Square Appointments. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To reserve your appointment at “Krasunya: Profi Nail Service” (Violet’s Beauty Co, LLC), a valid credit card is required, which we securely collect through our booking website. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policy:
● 48-Hour Notice: To avoid a fee, please use our booking system, or contact us by messengers/cell at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
● Late Cancellations/Re-Scheduling: Cancellations or Re-Schedules made within the 48-hour before scheduled day, will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
● No-Show Appointments: If you miss your appointment without notice (less than 48 hours in advance), a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged to your card on file.
This policy helps us maintain an efficient schedule and ensures respect for all clients’ time. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Late Arrival Policy
To ensure a smooth schedule and respect all clients’ time, Krasunya has a late-arrival policy:
● 15-Minute Grace Period: If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you with the full service. However, on that reason, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time, which may result in a shortened appointment.
● Late Arrivals Over 15 Minutes: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, most likely, we will be forced to reschedule your appointment to another available day. In the case of forced rescheduling - fee of 100% of the service costs will be charged on your credit card, as if it would be non-show-up fee.
Please call or text us, if you anticipate being late, so we can plan accordingly.Thank you for helping us maintain an efficient schedule and provide quality service for all clients.
Payments
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle with no additional processing fees. We do not accept checks or money orders. Tips are welcome, but never accepted. All of services are due for payment at the time of it's provided.
Refunds and Adjustments
● Service Adjustments: If you are dissatisfied with the results of your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make adjustments or corrections.● Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services rendered but will ensure satisfaction with adjustments where applicable.
Health & Safety Policy
Your health and safety are our top priority. If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting any symptoms of illness, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment. This helps ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and other clients. We understand that unforeseen health issues can arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in preventing the potential spread of illness.
Child Safety Policy
Children are welcome in the salon only when they are receiving a service. For safety and insurance purposes, children under 12 are not allowed to accompany you during your appointment. This policy ensures a safe and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
Visiting "Krasunya: Profi Nail Service" - you agree to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by our staff. You agree to respect the salon’s environment, policies, and other clients during your visit. Clients must not engage in any behavior that disrupts the experience for others or creates unsafe conditions in the salon. Illegal activity, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.
Please, NOTE: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any client’s access to services for violations of these Terms or disruptive behavior.
